This is a comic I did for LA’s Forth Magazine about genies and the idiots who find them. It’s the first freelance comic work I’ve ever done, so I’m pretty proud of it. Also had a lot of fun coloring this bad boy!

I drew this big picture where all these rough and tumble dudes are roughin and tumblin. What are they fighting about? We will never know because jelly cube will clearly be the only one left standing at the end, and homeboy don’t talk much.

Joann Sfar is one of my favorite living cartoonists, author of such awesome works as The Rabbi’s Cat and Vampire Loves, as well as co-author of the amazing, incredible DUNGEON series.
