FINALLY!

I am so totally back from my Deep 6′ed hiatus, with one new page today and another tomorrow or the next!  I’m trying real hard to finish this up so’s I can have the finished story printed up and ready for sale at MCAF (which is on May 22nd in Portland, ME.  BE THERE.)

This story is going in a direction I hadn’t anticipated, but which I think will make it an all-around better comic than it might have been.  Also: longer.

Basically, shit is about to get real for our intrepid ‘Naut and his new found drinkin’ buddies.

I have had a pretty productive week so far, but have a lot of deadlines coming up for submissions to this and that.  So I’m gonna be keeping my head down, slaving away for the benefit of the masses (see: nobody) who enjoy my fartwork so very much (see: not at all).

That being said, I hope to have a new Good Show, Sir! strip up next week (hope).

FINALLY a new page!  I’ve been working like a madman on this here website for the past two weeks, so I haven’t been getting much done comic wise.

It turns out this Deep 6′ed story is going to be longer than I thought.  Since I’ve been writing it essentially as I draw it, I wasn’t quite sure where it was going, but now I have a solid idea.

Took me long enough!

Yeah, it seems the closer to the end of Deep 6′ed I get, the longer it takes between pages.  I attribute it to idea-ADD, where working on new and fresh comic ideas ends up seeming more appealing to me when I’m in the midst of a longer project like this one.  Oh wells.

Anyway, I resized all the Deep 6′ed pages to fit the width of the screen, but I’m not convinced it looks good.  Won’t you let me know in the comments?

Also, I just want to mention how much I love the guy on the left part of this page, and how much I love drawing him.  What a great little goblinoid dude!
